
Professional info
Diane Savino is a professional artist, as well as an independent curator, who has worked with the Society of Tempera Painters to create exhibits focusing on egg tempera, gilding and silverpoint. She is a long-standing art teacher, with experience teaching K-College. She presently teaches independently from her private art studio in Hatfield, Massachusetts.

Education
Diane Savino earned a M.F.A. in painting from Vermont College of Norwich University, a MA. Ed in painting from the Hartford Art School, and a B.A. with a minor in Education from Westfield State University, Westfield, MA. She studied watercolor with Sondra Freckleton and Jack Beal in Oneonta, NY. She also did post-graduate work with William Patterson, University of Massachusetts, and workshops in egg tempera with Fred Wessel, Jeremiah Patterson, and Koo Schadler.
Her works are in private and public collections in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. She has been represented by Moran-Dervan Fine Arts (NYC); Hooloomooloo Gallery, Boston, MA; Twinhouse Gallery, Atlanta, GA; MS Gallery, Hartford, CT; Vermont Artisans Gallery, Brattleboro, VT
